All information will be entered in your Client account on the client portal. Carla is an out-of-network provider which means she is not paneled with insurance companies. Many insurance companies, however, will reimburse the client for fees at a lower percentage than if Carla were an in-network provider. If you wish to have your appointments filed with an insurer, please make sure to add your insurance to your client portal. As a courtesy to our clients, we will file insurance claims electronically for client reimbursement. All fees are paid at the time of service, and your understanding of a 24 hour cancellation policy is appreciated and will be enforced.

one hour individual therapy-- $210.00
90 minute therapy session-- $315.00
2 hour couple therapy session $420.00
30 minute phone consultation $100.00
2-3 day intensives-- to be arranged at time of service
